Who we are

ELM Works is a strategy and partnerships studio based in Orange County, California. We work with founders, sales leaders, and brands who are ready to grow — and smart enough to know they need the right partner to get there.

Our team brings together over a decade of experience in streaming media, entertainment, and enterprise sales. We’ve worked alongside the world’s leading studios, platforms, and talent agencies — and we’ve sat on both sides of the table in major media and technology deals. That experience means we know how to find the opportunity, structure the partnership, and drive it to close.

Today we operate across three areas where we’ve built real expertise: opening enterprise pipeline for startups and SaaS companies that need senior BD firepower without the full-time hire, optimizing sales teams with AI tools that cut costs and give reps a genuine competitive edge, and building original content and consumer products for brands and talent ready to turn their audience into something lasting.
